Common Issues
MultApply is a Chrome extension that automates job applications on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed. You create a job profile (e.g., “Data Analyst”), upload your resume, set your preferences (such as job type, location, and posting date), and click “Auto Apply.” The extension will then begin applying to jobs that match your criteria across supported platforms.
It’s recommended that you keep the MultApply tab open and active while the extension is running. In some cases, browser behavior may pause background tabs, which can interrupt the process. Closing the tab or navigating away may result in the application session stopping or being incomplete.
Go to the Profile page in the app and click “Create Profile” in the upper right corner. Name your profile and click “Add.”
This depends on the plan you have. Each tier comes with a different daily job application limit. Visit the Pricing Plans section on our website to see what’s included in each plan.
Yes! MultApply allows you to create multiple job profiles so you can target different roles. The number of profiles you can create depends on your plan. Visit our Pricing Plans page to learn more.
Currently, MultApply supports job applications on LinkedIn and Indeed, with additional platforms to be added soon.
Yes. You can find this information on the Dashboard page, where it shows your most recent job applications. You can also access detailed application logs on the Applications page.
The built-in Smart Assistant reviews your resume, suggests improvements, and provides an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) score. This helps you understand how well your resume performs against common recruiter filters.
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time.
Ensure your browser tabs are open and active, your internet connection is stable, and you’re logged into your job board accounts (like LinkedIn or Indeed). If MultApply still doesn’t resume, try restarting your browser and running the extension again.
No. MultApply fills out applications as if you were doing it manually. There are no markers or flags to indicate that an automated tool was used.
Ensure you’re using the latest version of Chrome and that your browser allows extensions.
MultApply is optimized for the latest version of Google Chrome on desktop. It may not function as expected on mobile or in other browsers. If you’re experiencing issues, contact support.
This is normal browser behavior. Modern browsers like Chrome automatically suspend inactive tabs to save system resources and improve performance. When you switch to another tab or application, your current tab may enter a “sleep” state, which can pause or slow down running processes.
- Solutions:
- Separate window: Drag the application tab out to create a separate browser window, then keep it visible while working in other applications
- Keep tab active: Periodically return to the tab to keep it active
- Pin the tab: Right-click the tab and select “Pin tab” – pinned tabs are less likely to be suspended
- Browser settings: Some browsers allow you to disable tab sleeping for specific sites in their settings
